Musketeers for the Queen

2 session AD&D for 6 players

By Tom & Teresa Prusa

Presented by R. Andrew Bean

A musketeer has many ideals to live up to. Honor, bravery, loyalty, nobility, excellent clothing, expensive living, ... the list goes on. However perhaps one of the most important roles is defending the honor of a lady and even more so when the lady is a queen !!

You have been approached by a friend and confidant. It appears that the King has asked the Queen to wear a particular brooch to his coronation anniversary ball. Of course the King had given her this brooch several years ago whilst he was still a prince and the beautiful queen was being courted by many noblemen. Unfortunately, she later gave this brooch to another nobleman as a sign of her affection and had quite forgotten it until today.

The situation is even more delicate as the nobleman in question has his lands in the neighbouring enemy country of Claret. The ball is in three days, the estates in question are two days ride away, and your outfit for the ball is still at the tailors.

This is the sequel to 1998's "Too Many Musketeers". Outrageous accents, swinging on chandeliers, and dueling over points of honor are encouraged.
