Welcome to the Arcanacon XVII entry form. First of all print this form. Don't forget to check the tournament availability chart.
Each and every convention member must complete an entry form. Where possible, we ask that you submit team entries in the same envelope. Please fill in your name, address, age and phone number. Please print clearly, unless you wish to be registered as DQSHBNT ILLEGIBLE. Calculate the costs as indicated, and then sign the form.
Yes, you can still SAVE SAVE SAVE on your Arc registration! We've changed our fee structure this year, and after taking on board your feedback, we want to make the con more affordable. The organisers want YOU to be there - session costs are still $8 but the maximum you could pay is capped at $55. We look forward to seeing you at Arcanacon - Syd's waiting to celebrate the Summer of the Seventeenth Troll with you!

Registration
This year there is no registration fee for Arcanacon. Instead players pay a fee for each session they play. You can choose the "get wrecked" option, which allows you to play as many sessions as you can. (Get Wrecked option is not available after the late fee date.) Note that an extra charge applies for some tournaments (eg. sealed deck card games).
If your entry form is postmarked after the 4th June, you pay the Late Fee Session Cost of $8. Their entries will not be prescheduled, so you will need to schedule your sessions when you arrive at the convention. (If none of your team can make it to the convention on Thursday, contact the organisers. You should still indicate which tournaments you wish to play.

Tournament pre-scheduling
To schedule yourself, simply fill in the name of the tournament and the name of your team against the session in which you would like to play. Please remember to schedule 2 slots for 2-session tournaments, and 3 slots for 3-session tournaments. Cramming 9 hours of play into one 3-hour timeslot is no fun for anyone.
For timetabling purposes, you may not pre-register for more than 11 sessions. (If space is available, you can register for additional sessions at the Convention). If you are entering after the late fee date, you should list the tournaments you wish to play. Entries received after the late fee date will not be pre-scheduled, so you will have to schedule yourself when you arrive at the Convention. You will be registered as a player of the tournaments you indicate.
If you are entering on your own, please write INDIVIDUAL in the Team Name column. Please try to schedule yourself in the session marked "i". Then you can be matched with other individuals.
If you do not have a full team, we can allocate individuals to fill your team, or leave it up to you if you prefer. If you would like us to add people to make you a complete team, please write the number of extra players you need in the "Fill" column.
