Online Rego closed!

AON is now closed for Arcanacon 2007 - you can still sign up, but you'll need to show up on the day. Many events still have places - come along and see what's available!

More Arcanis blurbs and Online Rego closes soon!

There are now two new Living Arcanis blurbs available - To Craft the Vaults of Hell and To Cast Shadows on the Sun.

Don't forget, online preregistrations close on Sunday night at midnight - after that, if you have any changes to make, you'll have to do it at the convention.

This doesn't mean that if you miss the closing date, you miss the con - people are welcome to show up during the con, sign up and jump into games. Only a couple of events are completely full, and most of the others can take spontaneous entrants. So come along!

10 days left!

A quick update for folks - there are now Living Arcanis blurbs available, as well as more Living Greyhawk events. Unfortunately, due to some weirdness at the Wizards end, there will not be any Living Xen'drik games at the Con.

A couple of tabletop events have had to withdraw as well - Mayhem on the Orient Express and The Vampyre's Crypt have had to be withdrawn by the authors due to real life interfering.

To balance that up, almost all of the freeforms have had more sessions made available due to having their initial sessions filling up.

Other than that, everything seems to be on track, and here's hoping that its not too hot a weekend. See ya in 10 days :)

Ready... Set....

We now have all our events for 2007 - now the process of setting up the site and all begins. We're hoping to have everything ready for people to sign up by the start of November - keep an eye out then.

Last Chance!

We are still looking for a few more events before we close blurb submission and start working on the website and timetable.

We're pretty much right for freeforms, but a few more tabletops would round out the offerings for 2007 nicely, especially if you have a favourite game/system that you'd like to showcase. Or, if you have a special event or demo in mind, then let use know.

We're holding blurb submission open until the end of the coming weekend - thats the 7th and 8th of October. After that, unless you've arranged a late submission, it'll be too late.

Are you ready?

Well, its 6 months until Arcanacon XXV, so now is the time to get your thinking hats on, and decide if you want to run an event.

Arcanacon is running from the 25th to the 28th of January 2007. This year's theme is Legends of the Silver Sceen, and we are hoping that writers and organisers will rise to the challenge of creating that partake of that theme.

Of course, if all the events were the same sort of thing, that would be dull as ditchwater, so if you have other ideas, then don't hold back - login to AON and submit your blurb now. NOW!

If you're wanting to be a player for Arcanacon XXV, then you still have 2 months in which to kick back and relax - the timetables for the con won't be finalised until October. Until then, all you need to do is to write Arcanacon into your diaries and be ready and rarin' to go.
