In these dark times, there are few who have what it takes to stand up and help make the world a better place. Science is dying out, with fewer people being willing to test what they think they know in an effort to improve their lives, and the lives of others. But it is not dead yet, for you are one of the glorious scientists, ready to usher mankind into a new age!

Unfortunately, what with this being the 41st Millennium, this makes you a heretic, and so you will be pursued by the glorious Imperium of the Immortal God-Emperor of Mankind to the ends of the universe if need be.

So not only is it your job to educate and help people, but you must educate and help them whether they like it or not, and still survive.
