In 2025 Japan, Corporations reign supreme, powering a resurgent Japanese economy. In particular two corporations tower above all others: Mishima Heavy Industries and Kumishin Corporation casting deep shadows over the megapolis of Tokyo. It is in those shadows that corporations flex their muscles with shady deals, industrial espionage and corporate black ops.
