Josh Orth
Born either way before, or way after my time. A laugher at other peoples foibles. Proud, and tall, wild but subdued: Dúnedain rather than Númenorean. Others might not, but I would call myself a failed scientist; five years of uni, rejected PhD applications, six years of clinical microbiology. I am now loving pathology IT management. The job suits my outlooks. I can do it. It's problem solving with technology! I get to consult for microbiology without having to DO any. No more body-wastes on me at work. Thats always a plus. I am a problem solver and a fixer of broken things. Or at least I try. I sing. I dance. I practice the art of Kendo, and hold a modest grade. I camp. I Goth. I collect swords, knives, spears and daggers. I make my own armour. I cook. I keep a LiveJournal I have a very lovely wife I met working at a pub. I wear a mean kilt. I move a house like a professional, but cheeper. Coyote-touched Pagan. Learned but not academic. Not much of a talker, but I chat far to much. Widely traveled, hermit by family tradition. Of generic nationality.
This year Josh is running Digital Harmony
