Flames of War in Action is a demonstration and participation event using Flames of War, an easy, fun and popular set of miniatures rules.

Players control a company of World War Two troops in battle using 15mm scale miniatures.

For the first half of the Second World War the forces of the Fascist Axis conquered almost at will, holding nearly all od continental Europe. However in late 1942 that changed in two massive battles, El Alamein in the deserts of Egypt and Stalingrad in Russia that turned the tide, leading to the eventual victory of the Allied nations.

You are welcome to join in watching or playing the prepared El Alamein scenario game using the organisers miniatures for as short or long time as you like.

You can also bring your own miniatures to play pick up games against other players or learn the game or even play a big game using all those miniatures you just never seem to have the points to put onto the table!
