The Tomb of the Forgotten Soldier on Gallifrey is an interesting place. Built as a memorial for people who can not be remembered and can not even exist, it stands as a monument to those whose very actions in war have written themselves out of the timeline.
The Lady President respectfully invites you to the grand opening of the Tomb, to pay hommage to those who may have paid the ultimate sacrifice.
