Soothsayer - inaugural demo game
Critical Mass Studios is proud to present the Soothsayer narrative adventure gaming system at Arcanecon XV. This inaugural demonstration game will be available to parties of 4 or 5 roleplayers as a single session adventure.
Soothsayer is available in sessions G, H, I and K.
Soothsayer is not associated with any specific genre of RPG. Instead it is a Narrative Adventure Gaming System which will guide you through any imaginable role playing setting, regardless of what type of character or setting you prefer. High fantasy with elves and goblins? No worries. Near or far science fiction? Not a problem. Hard core mythology? Soothsayer has it covered. In fact, no matter what your game is, Soothsayer will take you there and back again. This means that your favourite character can easily "switch" from setting to setting. Your elves, vampires and Godlings can play along side Humans, extra terrestrials and cyborgs, visiting any setting from the Dark ages to the far flung future and the rules won't change a single bit.

A tantalizingly unlikely escapade for 4 or 5 traveling adventurers set in a high fantasy world. Can the recently arrived PCs successfully reunite a mysterious Lady with her kidnapped husband and simultaneously avert a senseless war? They're going to have rub shoulders with some unfriendly yokels, rough it in the wilderness, get walloped by throngs of muscular half-wits and then sneak right under the nose of a notoriously cantankerous sorcerer! But that's what adventuring is all about?

Book early as session times are limited! All bookings will be handled directly by Arcanacon. Write Soothsayer into your preferred session time on your entry form Tournament and Pre-scheduling page. It is not on the printed copy of the form so you will have to write it in yourself.
