Well, here it is. The actual entry form. Unfortunately we do not have a secure site to take your credit card numbers so this is not an on-line form.

You will need to print it off so that you can fill it in the old fashioned way, with a pen.

Then you need to post it to us snail mail with your cheque.

Welcome to the Arcanacon XV entry form. Each and every convention member must complete an entry form. Where possible, we ask that you submit team entries in the same envelope. Please fill in your name, address, age and phone number. Please print clearly, unless you wish to be registered as DQSHBNT ILLEGIBLE. Calculate the costs as indicated, and then sign the form.

Entries will not be accepted without correct payment. Cheques and money orders should be made out to ARCANACON. Do not send cash.

  1. A late fee of $5 is charged for all entries postmarked after Friday June 6th. Only entries postmarked on or before this date may be pre-scheduled. If you enter after the late fee date, you must schedule your sessions yourself when you arrive at the Convention. You should still indicate the tournaments you wish to play on the entry form.
  2. As many sessinos as you can! (Not available after Late Fee Date). Does not include Miniatures Painting competition or card decks for Sealed competitions.
  3. Please ad $4 if you are playing Magic: The Gathering on Saturday. This covers the cost of your Booster Deck.
